I am a Canadian-Cypriot artist based in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. My practice primarily involves photography and installation, but also branches into painting and video. The parameters of my practice are broad, but most of my projects begin as follows: I make things in response to incessant thinking. In producing physical artworks, I attempt to turn immaterial thoughts and questions into material things to better understand or resolve them. The act of making unravels the knots and webs within my head, clearing a path to provide meaning to not only a restless thought, but a made object.
